Extremely Poor Service Zero Feedback Method
This company is useless
I told them that I want to pay the shortfall of R58k in 12 months as I was the one contacting on a weekly basis to check how much I should pay, they never rep**** to my payment arrangements
As of today I now receive threats from MBD saying I am now owing R73k, which means in 10 business working days my account increased by R15k
It true when they say Wesbank operate like an Underground Mashonisa and try by all means to abuse customers
I will make it my objective this year to make sure that at least Wesbank lose 5 customers per month and they switch to ABSA Finance probably they will start treating customers with respect and dignity
