extremely bad service , I have never received such type of service before

<p>I called to find out how to get my car registration papers. I had settled the car payments years ago but never recieved confirmation that it has been settled in writing. I had gone into the bank and the consultants assured me that the debt had been settled and that the account has been closed. The car was bought in 2005. When I called Lucky Boy Moretsi he advised me that the account has been sold to a collections agency when I queried why he asked me who I spoke to. This is something that took place more than 7 years ago. He was extremely rude and arrogant on the call. when I asked who his manager is and then said her name is Annalie Coetzer and she is out of office till mid January and his immediate supervisor is Emma Mo****ng. I then asked for the Ombudsman's telephone number and then got adivsed that he does not have it and what must he do, and that I can go an google search for details that I want. I even asked how much was apperantly still owed on the vehicle and he said that he cannot confirm that amount and I need to contact the collection agency. he was totally unprofessional in his service and demanded details that took place more than seven years ago. I eventually ended the call and called this collection agency and was advised by Bululewa that my account is closed and that there is nothing owed. </p> <p>So now I am still sitting with a paid up vehicle and no papers.</p> <p>please can somebody help </p>
