EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND FEEDBACK RESPONSE
Wesbank has absolutely no service. I send them mails on a regular basis with no response. I sent a mail again on the 7th for statements and again on the 14th still with no response. And I send it to a few mail addresses, not just one. I do get read receipts but still no answer. Their slogan is "how can we help you" but with no feedback of any kind. Even after applying for payment holiday in this difficult time, we don't get a response. It's always been like this. This is not the first and the only time.
