I had a car financed by wesbank,it happenned I didnd pay for two months then they repossesed it,in a week time I went and pay,only to find the car is damaged,the tracers. Concerted in a written form that theydidn't book it they used it to chase other fast cars,they run out of disiel then they poured petrol wich damaged the angine to the value of R250.000,dey don't. Want to help me they say its not their fault its tracers fault,bt they acted on their behalf,this is *******ion&cover up,I need justice on this,I have been sent from pillar to post,no one want to help m?

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and affording us the opportunity to address this issue comprehensively.
As confirmed with you in October 2009, the tracer in question was not acting within the scope of neither WesBank's nor his employers. This means that the point of contention fell outside of the Bank's ambit whilst all civilians are obligated to enforce their rights in an appropriate manner and through the relevant authorities in terms of legal recourse. This tracer therefore needed to be held accountable in his personal capacity; where he paid for the repairs to the vehicle and the same was returned to your possession accordingly. This incident did not however absolve you of your financial obligation because the default in terms of repayment was never recovered as the account was declassified in November 2010 in lieu of the breach of contract. We therefore believe that the Bank has acted in good faith and therefore abides by the intervention taken respectively.
We trust that this is in order and assure you of best intentions at all times.
