Expiry Date and Warranty Installments Changes

When I purchased my car I agreed with Wesbank (who financed my car) that I was going to pay a certain amount +/- R2800/R2900 per month for the agreed period. I was then requested if I was interested in their Warranty policy which covered me for mechanical damages which would increase my premium slightly to about R3200 p.m. whenever I claimed against the warranty as much as the process sucked and was lengthier and tedious, most of the claims were settled as I always made sure that I stuck to the terms & conditions. Today, I called Motorite to request for a copy of the policy as my computer crashed &I'm servicing my car today, they informed me that the policy expired in February 2015 and it was just for a 2 yrs. So I asked how come, because I did not receive any communication to that effect telephonic or otherwise. And I dont recall reading any section that says that the policy is for two years only. Thereafter, i asked if they will then decrease my monthly installmnts bcz they went up when I took the policy and since they said its not active, then it should go down and they informed me that I should talk to Wesbank about that! This is an inconvenience to me due to their incompetenc!
