Excellent service

I just want to complement the service we have received from the wesbank consultant name of Humbulani Raphunga. My husband app**** for payment relief during this period the details in the agreement was confusing because applications for payment relief was started March so we thought April will be included we were confused then we phoned collection department . He recieved pre approval agreement but he was confused by some of the clause en procedure then we decided to phone . Humbulani is the one who was giving clarity concerning the agreement en addendum. We understood the content of the agreement. It rare to get excellent service nowadays but complement is needed if client received excellent service. Keep it up lady Humbulani Raphunga.
