Excellent customer service from Wesbank

I had the most wonderful experience this week as a client of Wesbank when I wanted to purchase a vehicle through Wesbank. Last week Saturday I found the vehicle that both my wife and I liked and app**** for a loan by Wesbank. Monday afternoon the loan were approved and finalised and on Tuesday morning took delivery of the vehicle. Lorain Makhalemele the lady at Wesbank that helped with the purchase is so professional and polite that I'm speechless as a customer, she deserves a raise for her customer care relationship and hope this will rub off to everyone she meets or speaks too. I will definitely be returning in the future and I will also refer other people to Wesbank.
