Estate Late account - Colserve

I have been hounded by a lady called Helen Leboho from Colserve for months on the estate late account of my son. I have now paid a large some into that account and wrote numerous email to her, for a statement that is required by the courts for a letter of authority. She just disappeared into thin air. I am even worried now if she has not ****med me and disappeared with that money. does Colserve even exist? I tried to call them on their landline and the consultant pretended to have a network problem, on a landline?? Is this how Wesbank and this Colserve people treat their customers? it's ridiculous!
