Enforcing unfair policies on honest clients!

There is a clear lack of customer service in the Wesbank call centre when customers want to make changes on their accounts. I requested information prior to going on maternity leave and I was told that I can make cash payments for a maximum of 3 months to accommodate my temporarily change in circumstances (as my maternity leave is unpaid). Now there was an apparent policy change that does not bode well for customers who actually want to pay their accounts. This apparent policy change was not communicated as I have called more than once enquiring about the same thing. The company clearly treats customers that honour their payments with blatant disrespect and absolutely no flexibility. Some of us are not bad payers and our track record should speak for itself instead of a policy that makes no sense for customers that are financially responsible! Instead of promoting good financial health and client retention, Wesbank clearly doesn't care about its customers nor the reality that they're dealing with people not machines!
