eNatis documents still not Couriered

Hi,<br> <br> I am really not happy with your service, two weeks back i called call centre asking that wesbank courier my certified aNatis document to mercedez benz. they then asked me to pay the courier fee, i did and they confirmed that they have received the fee and they have couriered the documents. but 3 days later i called mercedez benz to confirm if they have received them and they have not received them. called wesbank and told them whats happening and this time they told me the document was never couriered. i then begged them to courier them they agreed again but even today mercedez benz hasn't received them. and the irritating part is that the documents never left wesbank.
