Eft made in error to wesbank
Good day. I am an absa client and have made a payment to wesbank motor finance in error. I have called wesbank more than 20 times on the 23 August and have been given contradictory information by several different people regarding the process {my calls where recorded}. I explained the people i spoke to that i dont even bank with FNB and have made the paymeny in error i require that the payment is reversed immediately as my bond goes of on the 25th. I was told that the best they can do is refund it on monday morning as the staff have already left { 14.23pm}. I need my refund today. I have sent the proof of payment to various people and was told that Miss Avela is dealing with the and she has gone home.
