Early settlement refusal after retrenchment

I have called and written to Wesbank that I have been retrenched I that I am in no position to pay installments from this Month(July). They got an offer to sell the car to a dealer at a good price and I have asked Wesbank to make an arrangement with me to pay off the balance: Wesbank instead of assisting is imposing an early termination fee to an unemployed person and telling me to wait three months to complete the deal. Who will be paying the 7000 installments in this three months as I no longer have a salary..I have never in my life dealt with an inconsiderate bank like Wesbank!
