Due Date

Kindly assist with investigating my account for the due date that I had arranged with one of your employees a while back. I always had a problem of my funds not reflecting before the first of every month due to the fact that I was transferring funds from Standard Bank into a FNB account. This created my account into going for collections or for bad debt but I eventually made an arrangement with one of your consultants to move it to the sixth of every month. I have been advised that I’m in arrears of R3800, not as per the sms I received R3383.53. I don’t think I’m liable for the late penalty fees as today is only the 4th.
