Drivers(Uber) not happy

When Wesbank teamed up with Uber it was to create a better leaving for drivers who are working for people who can afford to buy cars.

Lately all we as drivers get(if you get anything at all) is money for if you lucky Full tank, airtime (Data and Calling Clients) and food. Is even better to work for someone.

An average driver on Uber platform makes about R6500 a work before Uber and Wesbank. Almost nothing after they took share and you still expect to have airtime, clean car and we have Families.

Wesbank is doing deductions with no explanation to drivers. To make things worse their billing system is Thursday to Wednesday while Uber is Monday to Sunday, of which is creating confusion because you can not track your kilometers vs your Money.

Good day,

Thank you for raising your dissatisfaction and affording us the opportunity to respond.

We have been in contact with you to explain the earnings and possibilities to increase your revenue. A session was attended by yourself which added clarity on additional concerns.

I trust this matter was handled to your satisfaction.

Kind regards,
