Driver Protect not delivering on it's sales pitch

I was called and sold this driver protect package that provides you with insurance should your vehicle get damaged in any way due to public roads etc...

But the enticing part was where they will get you licence disk for you and deliver it. So I signed up. My expiry date came and passed 30 Nov 2015. It's past the 3 week grace period, so who is going to cover the penalty, who is hoing to cover the fine for an expired disk? And why am I paying for this service if I'm not getting what I was promised.

I just called their service delartment, and everyone has left. This number changes to Driver assist/emergency when there is no service agents apparently. This woman who answered refused repeatedly to put me through to her manager and kept telling me I should call back on monday being the 28th of Dec.

The sales pitch was great! \Yes
