My wife's car was written off and settled by Outsurance before debit order date, you proceeded to debit her account. <br> <br> Your guys are insisting that the debit order was a proper instruction, could you please furnish us with the settlement letter forwarded and the proof of payment thereof so that we ascertain facts of the matter.
