double debit order

Hi

I have vehicle finance with Wesbank. my debit order goes through on the 26th of each month. unfortunately i transferred money into the incorrect account, so the debit order to wesbank could not be paid. When i become aware of it, i fixed the transfer, i apologized and accepted the penalty fees and gave them permission to debit my account immediately. they debited my account twice, R8500.00 with the penalty fees and R7960.02. which left other accounts unpaid. they charged me a penalty for being 3 days late with my payment, its more than 3 days that they also made a mistake. they need to immediately, pay me with interest the extra money taken from my account, R8500.
