dont finance with wesbank

we app**** for vehicle finance on the purchase of a new vehicle trading in the old one, we bank with fnb are private fnb clients, have two vehicles and a house financed through them, our finance was declined by fnb and declined with the highest rate, we were granted finance by alternative finance companies at a lower rate than wesbank but wanted to keep all with fnb and when we contacted the customer service center for help the plain answer was sorry there's nothing we can do and also trying do discover why we were declined
