Don't finance on HP with a company who couldn't care less

Wesbank financed my car in 2016, the car broke in the 3rd month, engine packed up, MIOSA closed the case on their side as there were details to be investigated which they did not want to do. Wesbank decided not to help me, they then sent me a bill for storage fees “wesbank” as the client, from the dealers elected workshop who returned my car to me in pieces, not in original state and condition. I opened a complaint with Wesbank but I did not hear from there, all they CARE ABOUT IS THEIR MONEY and not ways to help me although they have a dedicated LEGAL TEAM FNB legal aid tried to help me for the past year – however I was being sued for storage fees as the vehicle was at the dealer’s workshop… WESBANK did not help me despite sending emails to many consultants and being passed on to many people! Finally 2018 I have the car back, I am trying to reopen a dispute with WESBANK, 16 Jan a lady on the phone tells me they will not help me as MIOSA closed the case! In their argumenent they state I need lawyers! Thanks WESBANK – YOU HAVE TH ELAWYERS AND THE CAR IS IN YOUR NAME. DO YOU NOT CARE I OWED 220K ON A VEHICLE I DO NO THAVE GOT SUED FOR 58K STORAGE COSTS NO WHAVE A CAR WHICH WAS 172K TRADE VALUE AND NOW WORTH 60K S**** METAL AT BEST DO YOU NOT CARE…AT THIS RATE I WONT BE ABLE TO PAY FOREVER?! WHY WILL NO ONE HELP ME?? I just get passed around, no one contacts me back and no help support for 2 years!
