Two of the books had to be sourced internationally with an up to 16 business day waiting period and one book locally with up to 7 business days waiting. Order was placed on 28 July 2015.<br> I went to pick up the 2 internationally order books on Saturday 15 August, but nary was there a sign of the locally sourced one. All on the same order number but no one knew diddley about where it was.<br> Today I still do not have it, so used their online chat service. Service was **********. Got standard responses about having misplaced the book in a warehouse and having had to reorder it. No apology. No effort to get the book here earlier. Just the stock standard responses. So I have to wait another 7 business days for the book to arrive - from a local supplier.<br> Needless to say I will never use Reader's Warehouse again.
