Does Wesbank find joy in Repossessing vehicles??

I have been a client of Wesbank from my first car, that was in 2012,I lost my job in January 2016 and advised them, but I was advised that there was nothing they could do.

I made sure to pay every month with the little uif that I was getting,I started working in August and I made sure to pay R1000 every week,I was also paying my monthly installment, but it felt like I was not doing anything as I was getting rude calls and threats from their agents and the charges were pilling up.I then got in contact with a lady called Tracy Salter who,I explained to her how much eager I was to cover my arrears, she then advised me to draft a proposal letter on how I was going to pay off the arrears, and she would then forward it to her team leader, which I did.she then advised that they agreed for me to pay off the arrears over 3mnths,but I must first forward them proof of my insurance in order for the proposal to be approved. I did as requested, whilst awaiting feedback from them,I was advised by Tracy that she was no longer handling my account and it had been handed over,I was shocked and depressed! Wesbank have been treating me as an uncooperative customer, this is a vehicle I have been driving and paying for,for over 4years,my last installment is in Sep2019 with no balloon amount,is Wesbank saying that there is nothing they can do for me? I have been having sleepless nights and a very difficult pregnancy due to the thought of losing my car! This is frustrating!
