Does anyone work at WesBank??
5 days ago, I requested 2 settlement statements from Wesbank (the Wesbank website doesn't provide me the info which I want). Their reply e-mail says they will respond within 36 hours! It's been 4 working days, and despite a chase-up email, STILL no response from Wesbank. C'mon Wesbank, adhere to what you say and send me the info which I've requested.
