I app**** for vehicle and asset finance on Thursday. This is quite an urgent sale but this morning when I phoned, they were all over the show and couldn't "find" my application nor the email with all the documentation provided. Then after 10 minutes of "holding on" the guy came back and says nopes, he can't assist me as I haven't included September's payslip. Remember I sent this on Thursday, the 28th and wasn't paid yet. How ridiculous is this? When I phoned again a bit later, I had to hang up after 10minutes as no one is answering. Do you want to grow your business ??
