DO NOT WORK WITH THAT "BANK"!
This bank is so unprofessional that I have no words anymore and I wouldn't even give one star. They don't answer to emails or calls at all but send read receipts. I contacted them several times to ask for a settlement letter because I want to pay off my loan but they don't answer. Now they want to collect my car and it's not even my fault. I'm willing to pay the full amount but they don't communicate. Guys if I can tell you one thing. NEVER EVER work with that "company".
