DO NOT APPLY ONLINE !!!

I've been trying to apply for finance since last night. I have entered my details on numerous occasions to find a webpage that states I should contact administrators for assistance. After waiting ages on the phone to get to a operator she told me that I have to be online....I told her that I have done all of it more than once and she just keeps silent..repeating as if I'm an idiot!! DO NOT try and apply ONLINE!!! it takes ages and then nothing happens!! I have been a loyal customer to WesBank and FNB. I paid of my previous car and now I struggle just to see if I can get approval !! Pathetic
