DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER

I have finance through Wesbank, So now I wanted to purchase a new vehicle to my surprised my application is declined?? yet another bank has approved it?? WOW. I then took the matter further by complaining in writing. I received two responses one where the application is approved and the other saying not approved???? WHAT THE HELL??? no your scoring low mind you just yesterday FNB upgraded me to a Premier cheque account?? I have been offered credit cards, personal loans.. Never the less i send the reference number to my dealer where the application is approved. HOW DECLINED again. From everything I have in writing back and forth emails not one call from Wesbank nothing. Nobody has called or spoken to me. Nothing. I am so angry. But it just shows nobody knows what they doing and also I am just another number not valued. After talking so good about my BANK I LOOK LIKE A FOOL TO MY FRIENDS, FAMILY AND COLLEGUES. I GUESS IT MAY BE TIME FOR ME TO MOVE TO THE BANK THAT IS APPROVING MY APPLICATION.
