DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER

I'm disappointed in the service I'm getting from FNB. I've been banking with them for 18 years but I've never been approved for anything. I app**** for vehicle finance through Hyndai East Rand today(24/01/2018) and my application was declined. I paid up my debts. My salary is increasing with about R8000 from next month. I've been a loyal customer but they cannot finance me. I called Wesbank and they telling me to wait three month. I urgently need a car, I cannot wait for three month. What do I need to do to qualify?
