Dishonest company practice

Poor,abysmal service. I am being harassed for not paying my February debit orders. I never received the notification that wesbank would be debitting my account before the 1st of the month. The money was in on the 1st, it was deducted and then reversed for some reason. My credit rating has been affected through their incompetence. To make matters worse, I have been handed over before I received the notification from wesbank informing of such, and am getting 6-10 calls a day by Blake and co. I am happy to pay to do an EFT once they send me the proof that they would be deducting the money early. My private banker has been in touch with wesbank as well, and to date not a word from them. Still the harassment continues. I will not be buying any further vehicles through wesbank with this kind of treatment
