Disgustingly Rude Service
<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have honoured my payment arrangement with VW financial services. I then get a call from Humbulani Raphunga this morning and I told her that i had paid my account with regards to the arrangement that i had made with VW financial services and then get told well you not giving me any information and i cant make a note and puts the phone down. Is this the type of service you people offer and expect to keep clients.</p>

We do not believe that the agent handled the call inappropriately and perhaps it was just an inconvenient time to speak with you. You have since confirmed that the proof of payment will be sent to us, in order to allocate this missing payment that you have made.
