Disgusting treatment

I have been dealing with these 2 people with regard to the appauling service I received from Steering Auto in Benoni. Today I received a call from Greg Mpakanye requesting that I retrack my report on Hello Peter as Steering auto would pay back the deposit I paid and the Money I paid to repair the car. I have gone to look for another car and was horribly insulted by the new dealership Kia East Rand as the sales man told me I can not get the vehicle Until the Deposit had been paid. I called Jo Mitchley- wesbank and told her about the humiliating call who proceeded to be condescending and when I requested her to send me an email acknowledging my request to terminate all business with wesbank as the previous deal had been uplifted she threw the phone down in my ear. These 2 people kept telling me not to be emotional, but is the business that provides for your family not an emmotional Matter. Is it not serious loss of income when you have bills to pay according to them is not an emmotional matter. I have told them I want this matter to go to the Ombudsman. I will no longer be bul**** by Wesbank working for and with Steering auto against me.

Hello nate0212,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and therefore allowing us to address your concerns.

We have investigated the allegations made herein and are of the opinion that the Bank and its representatives have gone far beyond the call of duty is assisting you thus far. As an asset financier, the Bank's influence is limited only to the terms highlighted in the credit Agreement and does not extend to any dealer related experiences because dealers are not accountable to the Bank where bad service and alleged impropriety are concerned. We have negotiated on your behalf to have R17 000.00 refunded to you by the dealer this morning from FNB along as a full reversal of the credit transaction. We believe that the Bank has not only acted in good faith but has fulfilled its obligation to you however should you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate your dispute to the relevant authorities.

We trust that this is in order and assure you of our best intentions at all times.

Yours sincerely,

WesBank
