Disgusting - Shocking company!
23 Feb 2021, 09:00 WESBANK - CAR SETTLED My car was SETTLED on a DREAD DISEASE claim. But Wesbank have left it on my FNB app! Does no one work at Wesbank. Calls aren’t answered!
They CONFIRMED that the DEBIT ORDER was CANCELED! Imagine my surprise this morning when my Bank account was OVERDRAWN as they have taken the debit order again despite the fact that my account shows it was settled in full! I need my medical aid due to requiring CHEMOTHERAPY for cancer, but my medical aid will now bounce! I AM NOT WORKING = NO INCOME!
