Disgusting service from Wesbank
I requested to have my installment amount increased and requested feedback on how this would affect my term. My installment was only increased for 1 month. I have sent numerous emails and it has been over a week now without a single response. Also cannot get through at all when I call them.

14 Jul 2020, 14:10So I finally got through to Wesbank and let's just say it was less than helpful.. My initial installment was R1330 over 60 months, so the total I pay back is R79 800.00.. After increasing my payments to R2000.00 a month my terms is now +/-40 months.. Meaning I pay back R80 000.00.. How is it possible that I save absolutely nothing on interest by paying my vehicle off sooner? Either the person I spoke to is completely uneducated or Wesbank is robbing me? I want this sorted out today
