Disgusting Service!!!!

I have never in my entire life went under so much stress with such a big company! I got case numbers and 2 cases are handled by Mpho and Jermaine!!! I’m being taken advantage of, not being rep**** to and since the 11th of April, I keep on sending emails asking for feedback or progress only to be told that “I’m doing my best to resolve this for you” and no update whatsoever. This makes me understand why you guys financed a ****** car and to this day, I still don’t have any explanation of how this all happened, what the process is, and how will I get my refund! Instead, your employees are making me BEG for updates on emails!!!! This has caused my so much stress and I wish someone competent can finally look into this, acknowledge this matter, and HELP ME!!! I want to move my salary, funeral covers, life covers, and anything I have with FNB from more than 5 years back!!!!!
