Disgusted with wesbank keeping my money

<p>I had 2 accounts with wesbank which were both settled by my insurers. One account was settled over a year ago and there's money owed to me. The other one has been settled a month ago also with money due to be paid to me.</p> <p>Whats disgusting is that I have to go through a round robin process to get my money back. I really dont understand why these 2 accounts have not been closed as yet. If it was other way round lawyers will be calling me wanting money from and threatning legal actions. Wesbank do whats honorable "Pay back my money"</p>
