Disgusted

In Feb I made a payment of R13 800 & then my balance was ?R17 000. March the 3rd i paid R2500. Few weeks later i started receiving calls that i ddnt pay fr that month which is R2500, they claim the ddnt received it ive been running up and down with the bank trying to prove tht this payment was made. And only on the 1st of June they allocated this money. In the meantime ive been asking them to settle this account bt its was not possible because of tht missing R2500. They wrote this account as bad debt, i kept Asking fr thier banking detail they whr kicked out by the system & all the culd say was they having problems with Standard Bank. So i went and paid via deposit on the atm an amount of R3000 on the 3rd ofJune. Gavin Khoza called to say theve aloocated the R2500 & received the R 3000 paid. When i asked forthe detailed statement am owing R27.967.66. Am really confused about this monies, can sombody give me an xplanation because i dnt understand. They keep on adding charges and interest on the money that is sitting with thm. Am so feed up with Westbank. I need an explanation.
