What a Disgrace. I currently have a car financed with Westbank so at no stage did i think I would have a problem. You see I am employed permanently as a consultant. As a result of this I have very expensive policies in place to cover me should i not be able to work for any reason. As it so happens my world was rocked in October 2015 when I was diagnosed with Cancer. I was off work for 4 months undergoing two surgery,s to save my life. During this time my Discovery policies kicked in and i was first payed out a substantial amount of money in December. I then have an income protector policy which also kicked in to cover my Salary for those 4 Months. In other words financialy I am better off than before. I have been given the all clear and the only side effect I have is that I can no longer drive a manual car. I Decided to upgrade my Car and went to Renault in Woodmead to purchase a new automatic car as I needed it before returning to work on the 29 Feb 2016. They requested finance from all the banks but I insisted they get from Westbank - Much to my horror and theirs I was declined and reason given was that I am high risk because what if she gets sick again. ************** I WILL SU
