Disclosure of personal information to 3rd party

I received a call from an old friend whom I'm not in regular contact with and told someone from Wesbank is looking for me and trying to locate my whereabouts. Upon enquiring why the gentleman (Buti) told her all details about my account status and the exact amount on my arrears. I was shocked as this is a total breach of my privacy! She asked him where he got her contact details and he told her from a database which shows the people I am closest to. <br> I feel compromised and humiliated by this behaviour as I have always been under the impression that the Bank is very sensitive about personal security.
