Disappointed at the poor communication from Wesbank
Please assist me I spoke to someone in the call centre on the 10th of January 2022 time 15:08pm, and I explained that I cannot afford to pay for my vehicle at the moment, the payment date for paying my vehicle what is due will be on the 31st of January 2022, the lady then said she will put it down on her notes, now all of a sudden I have discovered that a driver was at my home to possibly repose my vehicle why is that if I made a payment arrangement saying I will pay the outstanding amount owed on the 31 January 2022, I am highly disappointed because I have owned this car for so many years, yet my payment arrangement with the consultant seems to be invalid please contact me
