Did you know...

After my previous review, Wesbank has called me to 'sort' out the issue... the agent went around in circles and circles until I eventually asked her to stop because we weren't getting anywhere. Bottom line... lets imagine that you opening a chappies wrapper and theres some 'did you know' info. Well did you know that Wesbank doesn't call their clients if they have a request - only when they have a complaint? So if you need to request something email them because they have million of clients and can't get to all of them apparently, so they deal with complaints (agents words) they only call their clients when they complain, probably why I got a call back. Secondly, they are trying to 'educate' their client's (agents exact words) to use the online system, I am a tertiery education graduate and have a managerial position at a company, I think I am educated - the correct term would be we 'encourage' our clients to use our online system, You making it sound like some of your clients are illiterateand you need to educate them on how to use an online system, We are not robots and human interaction would be required.

They couldn't process my request because I only included 1 verification step which is my ID number and not another one (how do you expect your customers to just know this) and they couldn't call me to confirm because as they say they only call for complaints and not requests - how many complaints do you then have that you can't get out to call clients with requests.

Any way, Wesbank says I need to pay in my arrears amount due to a late payment after I requested a debit date change - I work with many clients and dealerships everyday and I will not in a million years reccomend Wesbank to any of them. I can't wait to settle the vehicle so that I can be out of their hair and they have just shed some bad light on FNB - because they fall under one brand and I have been loyal to the brand for as long as I can remember.

Deeply dissapointed in them - certainly not a peoples company.
