DID YOU BOTHER READING?

With my son immigrating on the 24th of this month we have reached the point where we need to sell the vehicle. My debit order for the 5th was not honoured as we thought we had a definite buyer. I immediately send Wesbank an email so that they have written confirmation that i am aware that the debit order was not honoured and that the arrears would be caught up on the 24th of this month should the car not be sold by then. so i told them two things : debit order not honoured AND payment witll be made by the 26th. Boy do i then get a snotty email saying i must phone Wesbank to make payment arrangements - good heavens, can they not READ : what part of the words sale and will bepaid by 24th is not comprehendible? If you dont want to READ then so be it, but dont send me a snotty email saying i must make a payment arrangement when i told you when it will be paid by, in writing. READ first then respond with diplomacy.
