Desperate to Collect Prescribed Debt

<p>I gave back the vehicle 4 years ago and within a week received an SMS stating the account has been settled in full. Now four years later I get a call stating that there is an amount outstanding. I contacted Wesbank to request a statement on the account. I was told to speak to one person, spoke to that person and they told me the account was not with them but another person who then told be the debt was sold to a debt collection company. I have not received any communication in 4 years on this account and have not agreed to pay back any amounts owing. This debt according to the NCA is prescribed. Please get your facts in order and communicate to your "Collection" company that it would be ******* to persue collecting this debt and that if they do pursue this I would need to take legal action against them.</p>
