DEPOSIT NOT REFECTING AFTER 3 WEEKS

Made a EFT payment from Absa to my Wesbank credit card on 08/09/2015 - no problem the eft reflected the next day.<br> Made another EFT payment on 18/09/2015 - up to today still not reflecting in my account !!!!<br> After speaking to customer service the requested I send a proof of payment, this was done twice but no feed back.<br> Went to th the local Fnb branch where they again phoned customer service and again askedd for proof which they send to them again.<br> Two days after being at the bank they inform me that there is a delay in processing payments !!!<br> Ridiculous a month for a payment to reflect !!<br> FNB IS OWING ME INTEREST ON MY DEBIT BALANCE AS WELL AS ON THE CREDIT BALANCE THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN MY ACCOUNT !!<br> Bottom line somebody is *****ing money or not doing their job !!!<br> FNB NEEDS TO TELL THEIR CLIENTS THAT IF YOU MAKE A DEPOSIT IT WILL ONLY REFLECT AFTER A MONTH AS THEY NEED TO USE THE MONEY FOR SOMETHING ELSE IN THE INTERIM. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from First National Bank to Wesbank by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
