Deplorable Service/Listing as a Defaulter/Negatively Impacting Credit Score

I am utterly disappointed with Wesbank and the way they conduct business. I have been trying to get into contact with them from June 2024 with no luck, I am always placed on hold to speak to a consultant that can assist me.

I had an arrangement with Wesbank for 4 months (February to May 2024) as i was on maternity leave, however Wesbank took it upon themselves to list me as a defaulter which has negatively affected my credit score. Why would you do this when i had an arrangement with you and you also extended my finance for an entire year to collect more interest just for 4 months of a payment arrangement.

Further to the above Wesbank blocked access to my online profile with them and i cannot use this service to complete simple tasks. When i call the call centre for assistance i am placed on hold for hours and i eventually have to end the call.

Wesbank has also refused to update my details on their system and are ******** to the documents i sent in March 2024. I have sent numerous emails since.

The service of Wesbank is deplorable and I would like all the above to be resolved ASAP. I have been more than patient with you guys.

Regards

Hi Thabisile

Please send me a letter stating i was on payment relief and there are no "arrears" - it is not debit orders that were bouncing.

Furthermore Wesbank must reverse the negative credit rating that was app**** to my profile when i was on a payment arrangement.

Wesbank and its representatives are forcing me to refer this matter for resolution.
