Delayed

<p>My loan with wesban cashpower is approved but I cannot get ahold of this company to finalise the application. I have spent an hour in total on hold with the call centre. I have sent two emails with no response being received to date. I app**** for this for a specific reason and the delay is having an adverse affect. The contact details they provide are clearly unattended and I am now highly frustrated. I expected payout two days ago already but cannot get ahold of them. They advised that ithe is approved and I completed a contract as well. </p>
