Delay in producing settlement letter

<p>I've had the worst experience with Wesbank where I actually settled my account on a Tuesday with proof of payment sent and days later on a Friday when the settlement letter needs to be sent out the "manager" unavailable, then on the monday the accounts holder whom I'm dealing with is "unavailable".</p> <p>Furthermore when I asked when can the ITC be updated I was told it should take a few days roughly 4 working days from issue of settlement letter. But then the "manager" on the other side says I'll have to wait from the 20th Feb to the 7th of March to get my ITC listing updated.</p> <p> </p> <p>"Quick to demand money, slow to give good service." that should be the new wesbank slogan</p>
