DEFECTIVE CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP

I bought a car 27 November 2024 Ford Figo at Juba motors dealership. The technician mentioned the few faults the car had however, as I drove off with the car from the dealership, more issues started to appear that were not disclosed such as the electrical issues the car had and the ongoing aircon and also the rattling sound on the Engen, the dealership agreed to fix the car but because of the many red flags which incleded the car not having a roadworthy certificate and service history. I decided to request a cancelation of the contract and they refused, the car was in their hands for the entire December, January I decided to give them a chance to my surprise, the same persistent issues were not fixed which raises a question again as to where did they attain the roadworthy certificate if they could not detect the issues. I bought the car with the mileage of 75000, one can understand that with those mileages, the car shouldn't be giving me such issues. The car has since been back with the dealership again and this time around again the bank has failed me and said there's nothing they can do. Which to me does not make sense.
