DECEASED ESTATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband passed away Nov 2020. I submitted to Wesbank only to find out there is no credit life. To cut the long story short I gave them permission to repo the car as I am not able to pay and maintain for it as a single parent with children at school. My emails are falling into a pit zone, nobody bothers to answer them. Bernice Khanyi who is suppose to be handling the case is sooo ***********. An acknowledgment of the email is very important in a customer service company as big as WESBANK, but no, they just don't care. I sent her lot of emails requesting them to come fetch the car as I am moving and I have no place to store the car, no answer. After numerous emails she answered saying that case is with the field agent who will come and fetch the car, up until today I am waiting. When I send emails to Bernice, Helen and customer service, NO ANSWER IS RECEIVED. Can WESBANK please explain the kind of business they run, do they even care about client services. As a widower busy with all the stress of my own, I really do not deserve the treatment I'm getting from BERNICE and the team around her, no customer deserve this. All I'm asking is that they come fetch the car as I AM MOVING AND DON'T know what to do with the car and don't have a storage for it as I'm moving to smaller place.
