Deceased eatates

My brother passed away and his account was registered as an estate late. The bank wants to repossess his vehicle even though credit life is compulsory and they want my father to settle the full amount of debt. Nobody contacted my father regarding the credit life and what the balance owed would be. They only contacted him to recover the vehicle. When the account was registered as late estate the bank informed us that somebody would contact us to arrange the necessary documents as their is no way of contacting Wesbank.
