DEBT COUNSELORS STOLE MY MONEY!!!!!

<p>LETTER I SENT TO THEM - STILL NO ANSWER ON PHONES OR RESPONSE TO EMAIL:</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day</p> <p>Please urgently inform me why your details reflects on my ITC records.</p> <p>All I know from you guys is that I app**** for debt review in 2009, Joyce contacted me and then I had to make 2 payments to you to get the Debt review process started. She also informed me not to pay my creditors directly. I never received a Court order from you or any notification that I am under debt review with Joyce Vuyelwa. At that time I still made payments to you.</p> <p>After about 6 months, I received a phone call from Wesbank wanting to repossess my car and I told them that I was under debt review with Joyce Vuyelwa. The lady from Wesbank told me that they never received a notification or any application for debt review from you and that I had to pay about R10,000.00 to keep my car as they never received any payments from you. This is ***** and theft! I then paid the R10,000.00 just to keep my car so that I could get to work.</p> <p>After that, I app**** for debt review with Debt Busters. See annexed application. All my debt has also been paid ever since and the debt review was rescinded. See annexed Court order.</p> <p>I now urgently want you to remove your details from my ITC records, failing I will take this matter further and report same to the NCR and the SAPS.</p> <p>Kindly urgently respond!</p>
