Debiting my account whilst account is settled

I had a personal loan with Direct Axis. I received a settlement letter on the 27th June of about R40009.79 which I paid in full on the 29th June.

I go to my account and find out that you attempted on the 20th July. Then you debited this morning an amount of R 1,724.79.

Why is that?
